Its called In C++, the scope resolution operator (::) is used to qualify hidden names, specify a target namespace, or access identifiers from distinct scopes like classes and global environments. It informs the compiler exactly where to look for a specific variable, function, class, or type. The tutor helped me to understand why my program kept having and error.
