The concepts were explained well to me, but the main issue is that I requested audio and had the ability to publish audio, but the tutor mentioned that it was not possible though they could hear my audio and i could toggle audio on and off. It took so long for me to get what I needed with back and forth typing eating into my tutoring bank

Ariel is incredibly patient and explains everything in detail in a way that makes sense. You continue along with your work and they check along with you to make sure you are doing it right. If you ever make a mistake, then they stop you and make sure why you understand what you are doing wrong. I felt a lot more confident in myself after!
