Moravian University offers students a lot of support and opportunities to keep them career-ready. To begin with, 鈥渦p-front technology鈥� is provided to students for free through the school鈥檚 partnership with Apple, and there鈥檚 also ample 鈥渙pportunity to pursue research with my professors鈥� as an undergraduate. There鈥檚 also the unique Elevate Career Promise, which provides specific scaffolding to develop 鈥渃areer-oriented leader[ship]鈥� skills and guarantees students financial support if they鈥檙e not employed or enrolled in graduate school within a year of graduation. Moravian earns students鈥� accolades with an 鈥渋nnovative approach鈥� to academics that incorporates 鈥減roject-based classes where we work with local businesses, and collaborative courses that mix students from different majors.鈥� To highlight the school鈥檚 fostering of 鈥渉ands-on learning, independent inquiry, and meaningful engagement with the community,鈥� undergrads point to 鈥渞equirements for study abroad and internships,鈥� 鈥渢he ability to self-design a major,鈥� and opportunities to 鈥減ractice skills in a realistic, controlled environment.鈥� Moravian鈥檚 professors are almost universally acclaimed for being 鈥渁pproachable, genuinely invested in students, and willing to offer extra help when needed.鈥� Students recognize the faculty鈥檚 鈥渞eal-world experience from the field鈥� [which] helps me feel prepared for when I graduate and enter the workforce.鈥� As one student gushed, 鈥淚 find myself chatting with professors often, not only for academic purposes, but to further discuss interesting class topics or related topics.鈥� In short, 鈥渙ur staff is amazing.鈥�

Students at Moravian describe a 鈥減owerful community鈥� of 鈥渋ncredibly welcoming,鈥� 鈥渇riendly, hardworking, and career-oriented leaders.鈥� Undergraduates consistently proclaim a 鈥渨arm, close-knit vibe鈥� among 鈥渇ocused individuals,鈥� saying that 鈥淪tudents here value collaboration over competition鈥� and are 鈥渋nteresting and kindhearted people.鈥� Moravian 鈥渇eels like a place where people are encouraged to be themselves, and everyone鈥檚 individuality adds something valuable to the campus atmosphere. You鈥檒l meet students who are passionate about the arts, dedicated athletes, first-generation scholars, future scientists, international students, and so many others, all contributing their own strengths.鈥� A shared ethos of service and community engagement permeates the student commentary, evident in remarks like 鈥淚 have a handful of projects that are focused on serving the community,鈥� 鈥淚 love the leadership and service opportunities offered,鈥� and 鈥淓veryone works together to create a loving environment.鈥� Overall, at Moravian University the overwhelming sentiment is that 鈥減eople know each other, professors are accessible, and the campus has a close-knit feel.鈥�

Moravian students assert that they have a 鈥渟ense of belonging鈥� and 鈥渇eel part of a community鈥� on a campus that is 鈥渨elcoming and academically focused at the same time.鈥� In the center of campus is Moravian鈥檚 brand-new student union building, the HUB, which opened in October 2025 and, among a variety of 鈥渁rea[s] for students to gather and study,鈥� houses the highly lauded Center for Career and Civic Engagement, 鈥渕indfulness spaces,鈥� and a dedicated home for the popular Moravian Activities Council (MAC), which hosts events like 鈥渨ing-o in which wings are offered whilst playing bingo,鈥� giving students a way to 鈥渂ranch out and connect.鈥� In general, undergraduates enjoy 鈥渕any opportunities for all types of students to be involved on campus,鈥� emphasize a focus on 鈥渃ommunity service,鈥� and observe that they 鈥渉ave an entire community of wonderful people to spend [their] time with.鈥� Many students appreciate the school鈥檚 location in the heart of a small city, and it is a common pastime to wander 鈥渢hrough the Bethlehem area...to shop or just walk around,鈥� and check out the 鈥渘ice parks and interesting scenery in the older parts of Bethlehem, as well as historical factors related to the steel industry.鈥� All in all, life on the Moravian campus 鈥渇eels relaxed and easy to navigate, with plenty of chances to get involved or just unwind with friends.鈥�
