The students at Wabash College, an all-male institution, feel it excels at 鈥減reparing young men for life, whether it is post-grad鈥or] being a good person and man in society;鈥 the school 鈥渋s truly a place that is going to take you and turn you into the best version of yourself.鈥 The coursework here is 鈥渧ery hard but rewarding,鈥 and buoyed by small class sizes, which allow for maximum engagement. Students are pushed 鈥渙ut of [their] comfort zone through presentations, speeches, teaching [their] own class/peers, and reading challenging literature.鈥 Indeed, professors are almost 鈥渕ore of a facilitator鈥ather than a lecturer.鈥 They鈥檙e also 鈥渧ery passionate and helpful鈥 and clearly 鈥渋nvested in the education and the overall success of the students, no matter the circumstances.鈥 Additionally, undergrads rush to highlight Wabash鈥檚 numerous immersion opportunities 鈥渢hat take you traveling to other parts of the world.鈥 As one student enthuses about an immersion trip in Costa Rica, 鈥淚 was exposed to aspects of their culture and language, truly an experience I will never forget.鈥 And, when it comes time to consider their post-collegiate life, undergrads can easily tap into an extensive alumni network. 鈥淎ny Wabash alum will drop what they鈥檙e doing professionally to have a conversation with you, whether that鈥檚 over the phone, in person, or on campus.
