There are 鈥渓ots of fun social activities,鈥 and the school is 鈥渧ery community oriented.鈥 Students 鈥済et to enjoy law school at UVA鈥 and 鈥渆very day at school is a generally happy experience.鈥 There are 鈥渟tudent orgs aplenty and most students find their niche with something.鈥 Popular extracurriculars range from participating in the 鈥淚nternational Tax Moot Court competition鈥 to playing softball, which is 鈥渁 huge part of our life here.鈥 Overall, students are 鈥渧ery social鈥 and 鈥減eople get along and like to hang out.鈥 Students appreciate the school鈥檚 proximity to D.C. and the close-knit feeling of Charlottesville. As one student illustrates, 鈥淚'll always be bumping into friends and meeting new students.
