Q: How does the guarantee work for DAT 430+ Course?
A: If your official score does not equal or exceed 430 on the DAT and you had a starting score of at least 390, and meet other eligibility requirements, then we will refund your tuition, less the fee for course materials (as reflected in your invoice) that we shipped to you and shipping charges. Please see our terms and conditions for all the details.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you enrolled in your classroom course on or after August 1 st , 2020, you can cancel your enrollment all the way up to the start of your program for a full tuition refund. No refunds will be given after the start of your program, and shipping costs will not be refunded. All materials must be unused and returned for a full tuition refund. Q: When will I receive my course materials?
A: The materials will be shipped after purchase via UPS and will generally arrive within 7-10 days before the start of your course with Standard Ground shipping.
